Overview

Developing and creating a connection with the earth at a young age is very important because what we learn in our youth harbors itself into our lives as we age. Considering the current climate of the world around us and how nature is an organism, the challenge I wanted to tackle was helping children develop a connection to the earth at a young age. 

So through combining a product of a grow kit and a digital app not only for the children but for the parents as well. I wanted to create a hands on opportunity for the entire family. 

Vision Statement

The goal is to allow children to have hands on experiences but also allow children to turn towards electronics as a guide not just as the only source of fun.

As well as to get children outside and grow things and inevitably allow them to one day be able to not use the app anymore.

Parent-Child Connectivity

Allowing the children to be able to learn and explore through the app about certain plants and they can send the recipes to their parents which will be on the mobile app. This way parents can see what their children are doing and allows them to have a connection with their child.
